Our resort only offers self-catering apartments! We do not offer breakfast or any gastronomic facilities! We would be happy to inform you about shops and restaurants in the area!
For technical and legal reasons, our outdoor pool cannot be used until further notice! Our in-house beach is of course available to you free of charge! Thank you for your understanding!

Parking
Yes, we have reserved an underground parking space for your booked suite. Additional free parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In from 3 p.m. – Check-Out by 10 a.m
You can reach us by phone from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Outside of these times, our key box is available to you 24/7 so that you can arrive comfortably at any time. You will receive the check-in information and the code by email before your arrival.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Basically, our regular check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m. If you would like to check in earlier, we can make a note of your request. We can only give you precise information on the morning of your arrival.
If you want a guaranteed early Check-in / late Check-out, we recommend booking the night before or one night longer so that the apartment is definitely available to you.
Check-In and Check-Out - How does that work when no one is on site?
Before your arrival you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp from us containing a key code and all the necessary instructions to get to your apartment. You have to enter the key code in the key box in the entrance area – this is how you receive your apartment key.
For the check-out, please also follow the instructions that you will receive in your check-in information!
Key returned upon check out
Please throw the key card into the return box at the entrance when you check out or when you leave.
Are there any surcharges on top of the price? (local tax / final cleaning / other charges)?
Lodging, taxes and local taxes are included.
Please note that our prices are daily prices and are subject to seasonal fluctuations.
Final cleaning is 40 to 60 euros depending on the category
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival.
Are Pets allowed?
Pets are welcome, but please on request! Pets are not allowed on the beach.
